The program includes an French language class
each morning and a cultural session each afternoon.
Morning French Class
• 20 French lessons (x 45’) per
week
• 8.45 AM to 12.00 PM
• Monday* to Friday
• Maximum 12 students per French class
• Required French level: beginner
Acquisition of essential French grammar
skills and competency in practical communication.
Work on oral and written expression and comprehension.
Use of varied tools: comic strips, newspaper articles, video...
Afternoon Cultural Class
• 30 lessons per week
• Monday to Saturday
• Minimum 4 participants per class
Guided tours are organized for great places
where famous artists had lived and developed their artistic
creations. You are also invited to learn more about local
vineyards and the French art of fine cuisine.
Sunday : Arrival Monday : Assessment tests Tuesday : Cannes : Splendors of la “Belle Epoque”.
Visit of a gallery. Meeting with a sculptor. Wednesday : Nice : “Belle Epoque” guided
tour on Matisse's footsteps. Thursday : Antibes : on Picasso's footsteps. Visit of
the museum and the old town. Friday : 4 pm / 10 pm Master cooking lesson followed
by a Provencal menu elaborated by the team. Saturday : Visit of Menton the Babylone of Baroque Art,
the heart of la “Belle Époque”.
Visit of Sainte Agnès medieval village by the Mediterranean sea.
Week 2 :
Sunday : Free time Monday : Saint Paul de Vence and Maeght Foundation. On
Miro's and Giacometti's Footsteps.
Meeting with an artist. Tuesday : Cagnes, medieval village, on Renoir's footsteps.
Visit of Auguste Renoir's house and workroom, of the village and the castle. Wednesday : Nice, on Chagall's footsteps, his museum
inspired by the biblical message.
The old town : Baroque itinerary. Thursday : Free time Friday : Great tasting of wines and local products. Saturday : Departure
