Location

The Castel Arabel residence is located in a quiet residential area of Juan-les-Pins. It is 1200 m from the school and 600 m from the sandy beaches and Juan-les-Pins city center.

Castel Arabel high standard
On the first floor of this provencal house, some studios overlook the city of Juan-les-Pins. Others, on the ground floor, open on the residence gardens:
- 15 studios fully decorated and furnished
Castel Arabel medium standard:
This charming Moorish building from the 60's has been restored . It will enchant you during your stay. Castel Arabel is a building with 3 floors offering the following amenities:
- 28 rooms
- a fully equipped kitchen
Available for all students of the French school (within the residence):
- a swimming pool
- a snack bar (Castel Café - open from April to October) with a large terrace
- an entertainment room with TV, DVD, small library, snooker, payphone
- food and coffee machine

Rooms
Castel Arabel high standard studios:
- single or shared rooms (not shared for students over 30, unless simultaneous reservations)
- studios are approximately 14 to 20 sq. m. (recently renovated)
- a bathroom (with WC)
- an equipped kitchenette
- a TV
- sheets are provided and changed once a week
Castel Arabel medium standard rooms:
- single or shared rooms (not shared for students over 30, unless simultaneous reservations)
- rooms are approximately 14 to 20 sq. m.
- shower, sink and WC inside the room
- sheets are provided and changed once a week

Meals
- on French class days, breakfast is available at the residence or at the French language school (4 €)
- after class, self-service lunch can be obtained at the French school (4 to 10€)
- for dinner, Antibes / Juan-les-Pins offer restaurants to suit every need & budget
- each Castel Arabel studio has a kitchenette
- an equipped kitchen is available for students who are in a long term program (8 weeks minimum)

- cleaning: 30€/room (50€/studio) the day of departure or during the stay

How to go to the French school?
- a daily free shuttle will take students to the school (between 7.45 and 8.30 AM)
- students will leave the school independently, a convenient bus stop is situated near our French language school.
